Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, organizing, controlling, and leading the Inspector General’s (IG) team, investigative/inspection/oversight functions and operations; 2) Conducting investigations into the most sensitive nature; 3) Providing oversight to deter fraud, waste, and mismanagement; 4) Managing the IG’s Hotline program; 5) Planning and executing inspections and internal oversight, reviews, studies, and analyses of the programs/operations; 6) Executing guidance or training in support of Managers’ Internal Control Program (MICP) / External Liaison Oversight.
