Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Develop and implement manning plans to optimize personnel distribution across departments and divisions based on qualifications, experience, and operational needs Use statistical methods to identify and monitor manpower patterns and trends, forecast staffing needs, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational readiness; Conduct research and studies to identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting and present findings to leadership. You will serve as the Manpower and Manning Officer responsible for analyzing and managing the allocation of civilian and military manpower resources. You will contribute to the support of the commands operational readiness and achievement of strategic goals. This position is located within the Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education Department of HOPPER GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CENTER in Suitland, Maryland.
