You may qualify at the NH-04 if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-04 grade level in the Federal service: Experience with federal law, executive orders, national policy, and DoD standards regarding establishing, maintaining, and operating a DoD Agency-level Counter-Insider Threat (C-InT) Program. Experience in investigative and analytical techniques and ability to apply the knowledge to difficult and complex work assignments Experience in foreign intelligence trade craft and the tactics, techniques, and procedures used to embed and employ physical, cyber, and electronic collection threats and corresponding ability to apply such knowledge to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade, and counter or neutralize intelligence collection efforts. Experience with the role of C-InT Programs in the U.S. government’s counterintelligence, counter-extremism, and counter-terrorism missions. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing input to acquisition decisions based on assessment of the adequacy of test and evaluation programs and assessment of the results of tests and evaluation.
