Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing leadership in the planning and management of operations for an organization or program. Examples of qualifying experience may include: developing, analyzing, and evaluating metrics/trends for key processes involving assets and property; working within property management processes from procurement to final disposition within an organization; and leading/managing supply chain and Navy ERP procurement, inventory management, warehouse and asset management processes, and general business policies/rules for to meet mission and customer requirements.
