Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Must have manual dexterity necessary to make minor corrective adjustments to machinery and replace fixtures. Ability to operate, control, and clean heavy power equipment and to work safely with heavy tools. Skill in the use of common hand tools and ability to perform limited preventive maintenance such as cleaning and oiling equipment and conditioning lane surfaces. Ability to use common cleaning materials and equipment and to safely operate and adjust bowling equipment. Ability to instruct or assist customers in the use of automatic scoring equipment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. This position is located in the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department, Naval Air Station Jacksonville. The primary purpose of this position is to provide minor repair and conditioning to the bowling facility and its equipments.
