SECURITY SPECIALIST (TRAINING SPECIALIST)

Military Grades: Enlisted Only GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately. Able to apply procedures and directives by reading and interpreting technical material. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing, using presentation and report formats. Demonstrated ability to follow directions, to read, understand, and retain a variety of instructions, regulations, and procedures. Learned ability to assess the surrounding environment to recognize immediate risk levels. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Must have knowledge of commonly used methods, procedures, regulations, and other guides that relate to training programs within the United States AF, ANG, and SF career field. Must have experience in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of program related issues and problems. Must be experience in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security training programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security-training program for the installation. Must have experience forecasting and submitting Deployment For Training requirements in coordination with SF commander to ANG NGB/A7. Must have experience coordinating with the financial management section for quarterly allocations and adjustments.
