FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

DA-05 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to some or all of the following: 1) Applying analytical methods to gather, analyze, and evaluate financial and budgetary information associated with developing forecasting patterns and predicting changes required in operating programs; 2) Budgeting and forecasting in support of 3-5 out-year funding requirements; 3) Ensuring manpower and needed funding for new or modified critical programs are obtained in a timely manner.
