Supervisory Management Analyst

To qualify for a Supervisory Management Analyst position at the GS-0343-14 level, you must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: conducting in-depth studies of the effectiveness and efficiency of policies, regulations, and procedures regarding management programs; providing technical advice on implementing IT applications to access and analyze data; recommending more efficient, effective, and economical ways to accomplish management program workloads and objectives and training employees on best practices and techniques on a variety of administrative topics.
