Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing intelligence concepts, principles, and practices related to CAPs, including interpreting and integrating intelligence from diverse sources to advise senior management. Experience understanding intelligence collection methods and systems, along with mastery of management theories and program evaluation techniques. Experience ulitizing quantitative analytical methods and innovative problem-solving is essential for developing and implementing CAP strategies. Experience understanding of NCIS missions and organizational structure, strong skills in building relationships with various stakeholders, and effective communication abilities for briefing, reporting, and policy development. Experience leading and mentoring a team, negotiate on sensitive issues, and drive program effectiveness is crucial.
