TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties: 1) Developing, analyzing, and implementing personal property and passenger transportation policies and procedures; 2) Monitoring execution of personal property and passenger transportation traffic and distribution functions to ensure compliance with mandated legal requirements; 3) Serving as technical expert within the realm of procurement concerning personal property and passenger transportation services; 4) Reviewing legislative proposals and regulations to assess impact on organization’s personal property and passenger transportation program initiatives; 5) Representing organizational position on high level working groups, performance action teams, and/or committees to resolve issues arising from the movement of passengers and personal property within assigned organizational area; and 6) Briefing senior leaders on progress and recommendations pertaining to transportation programs.
