Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience analyzing MSC, COMSC, DON or government-wide programs and developing recommendations for new or substantially modified approaches to execute these programs. Experience effectively presenting complex ideas and options to a wide range of audiences to tactfully and persuasively implement controversial changes. Experience planning and assigning work to subordinates, setting priorities, preparing schedules, developing performance standards, giving instructions to subordinates. Experience implementing various research methods, techniques and reporting methods to effectively conduct comparative analysis, evaluate technical information, organize and present verbal and written research and analytical reports. Experience interviewing, selecting, promoting, commending, and discipling subordinate personnel and hearing and resolving employee complaints and group grievances, resolving complaints without referral to higher authority. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the CIVMAR Support Group (N12C), in the CIVMAR Management Division (N12), of Total Force Management (N1), in the Military Sealift Command (MSC) located at Naval Station Norfolk, in Norfolk, VA of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
