Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assessing, developing, designing, drafting, and/or implementing initiatives; preparing reports, briefings, and other communications material; applying a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve how organizations acquire, develop, employ, and/or retain talent; and coordinating projects with multiple action officers. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-12. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications and Media Decision Making Planning and Evaluating Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
About the Position: Serves as an Initiative Planner for Talent Innovation in the Department of the Army, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower & Reserve Affairs), U.S. Army Talent Innovation Directorate (ATID). Responsible for the assessment, development, and implementation of talent management initiatives to improve the way the Army acquires,develops, employs, and retains talent.
