SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13/14) or pay band (NM-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Working across multi-disciplined teams, building relationships, and creating networks; (2) Performing work related to project management, engineering processes, operations, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of simple and complex facilities; (3) Determining, evaluating, and analyzing facility requirements for the customer and mission; (4) Utilizing knowledge of building components, various types of project construction and project management; and (5) Performing work related to space management, space moves, relocation, and develop move and space plans.
