Supervisory Intelligence Research Specialist (Group Chief)

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Supervising or otherwise managing the formulation of intelligence research and analytical products across multiple portfolios; AND Supervising or otherwise managing the development of policies, reports, assessments, or memoranda on national security topics related to cyber, economics, finance, or terrorism topics; AND Directly supervising a team of intelligence analysts. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. This position is located at Departmental Offices, Terrorism and Financial Intelligence – Intelligence Analysis. The purpose of this position is to serve as a Group Chief for managing several of the analytical branches in OIA. The Group Chief heads a component of OIA that provides intelligence and research support to senior Treasury officials concerning threats to the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States that can be impacted by Treasury authorities and actions.
