For the NH-02: In order to qualify for this position you must meet the basic education requirement for this position outlined in the education section of this announcement (see below Education section). For the NH-03: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional Engineer or Scientist. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing Life Cycle cost estimates and analysis for weapons system acquisition programs. You will serve as a General Engineer/ Industrial Engineer/ Operations Research Analyst in the Plans and Programs Division, Cost Estimating Branch of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
