Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Mastery level experience with the laws, regulations, and policies that affect the business environment of the shipyard including POM programming, DON budgeting, finance, mission funding, and resource balancing. * Experience providing leadership and management to coordinate activities involving diverse aspects of a Shipyard’s operation. * Experience with overall shipyard operations to include waterfront, technical support, and general administration functions and processes. * Experience performing supervisory duties such as assigning and prioritizing work; providing technical guidance, personnel, performance and position management; identifying training needs; interviewing/selecting candidates for vacancies; recommending promotions and awards; resolving disciplinary issues and administering EEO policies.
