SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing the annual Planning Objective Memorandum (POM) process to develop and manage funds to execute annual priority technology experimentation events; 2) Overseeing the analysis of technology experimentation efforts to facilitate Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes and budget development; and 3) Managing the yearly proposal submission process to coordinate selected proposals with operational requirements.
