Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Developing and managing an organization’s real property accountability programs; 2) Experience managing, planning and coordinating real estate actions in accordance with the real property master plan and tenant unit requirements; and 3) Experience coordinating and executing real estate agreements including acquisition and disposal of land, space, and structures, as well as administering lease agreements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
