Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving as a consultant in providing planning guidance and oversight on plans, strategies, policy analysis, development and implementation regarding operations in the information environment including cyberspace capabilities; and managing and directing a staff within an organization. You will serve as an INFORMATION MANEUVER DIVISION (IMD) DEPUTY DIRECTOR in the INFORMATION MANEUVER DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS, understanding all Information Activities to include – Operations in the Information Environment, Information Operations (IO), Cyberspace, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Space Operations, Electronic Warfare (EW), Military Deception (MILDEC), and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) / Psychological Operations (PSYOP).
