MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (DEPUTY SIG CHIEF)

Position may be filled as a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE) 2 Years by a current permanent Army employee. Time-limited promotions may be extended up to a maximum of five years. Time-limited reassignments and changes to lower grade may exceed five years, however return rights may be impacted. Current Department of Army Civilian Employees Applying on Time-Limited Assignments In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1. Evaluating strategies to improve projects, transformation plans, and activities. 2. Developing strategic initiatives, engagements, and communication plans to support missions, organizations, and policies. 3. Assessing transformation plans and activities to determine impact on organizations and resources. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). About the Position: Serves as consultant and advisor to the Office of the Chief of Chaplains (OCCH) SIG Chief and serves as the SIG Chiefs representative to OCCH on a wide variety of issues related to the organization and managerial policies, theories, practices and procedures governing religious support programs.
