Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing concepts, principles, laws, and regulations of financial administration or budget sufficient to generate new concepts and methodologies in the field. Experience preparing briefs for senior managers on program execution and provides recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.
