You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position your resume must describe one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 or equivalent) grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of management project operations to meet established goals and objectives; 2) Reviewing policy or procedural guidance to support a program mission; AND 3) Participating as a member of a team to meet organizational operational objectives that include elements of facilities management, program integration, or execution of day to day operations in a government program office environment. The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02 or GS-11 equivalent.
