Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and improving programs and projects to ensure alignment with goals, develop process improvements, training materials, and coordinate cross-functional teams for the enhancement or optimization of a naval program.
