SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1. Implement and provide oversight on security operations of all Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs and facilities. 2. Conduct management analyses and assessments to interpret information and provide recommendations or make decisions which impact policy and programs. 3. Conduct assessments of Special Security Office processes and procedures to identify and correct weaknesses, inefficiencies, redundancies, or errors. 4. Perform the full breadth of supervisory responsibilities to include the assignment of work, position management, recruitment, promotions, performance appraisals, counseling/disciplinary actions, awards, and training. 5. Plan personnel resource needs and defend/execute department funding requirements. You will serve as a GG-0080-14 Supervisory Security Specialist at NAVAL INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITY in Arlington, VA. As the Special Security Office, Navy (SSO Navy) Regional Special Security Program Division Head, you will be responsible for organizing, planning, and directing the resources of the Regional Security Program assets to meet program requirements and objectives.
