Qualified candidates will possess the following: Knowledge of a wide range of recreation and sports activities, organization and structure of military units and installation sports program objectives, policies, methods and procedures to plan, organize, and coordinate activities, assist, guide and motivate military staff in carrying out their responsibilities Basic understanding of budget and supply functions in order to prepare input and justification of funding of supplies and equipment Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (English) Work experience or education directly related to the duties of a Supervisory Recreation Specialist NF-0188-03 PLEASE NOTE: Your resume & application package must reflect the qualifications stated in the announcement and questionnaire to be rated eligible.
