You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Evaluating organizational programs or events and their effectiveness, as they relate to the organizational goals. To include identifying the appropriate audience, development of content, resource allocation, and funding aspects; AND Leading a team or project that includes establishing priorities to meet established deadlines, assigning tasks, measuring progress, and conflict resolution; AND Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and promote programs and special events.
This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Jimmy Carter Library. The incumbent serves as a first line supervisor and the program manager for a variety of public programs and outreach programs administered by the Jimmy Carter Library. This includes planning, scheduling, and conducting public programs, special events, public relations, partnership programs, the Library website, and visitor services to benefit the mission of the Jimmy Carter Library.
