Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DP-03) pay band or (GS 9-11) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing requirements, conceptual and detailed designs and integrating software code into platform systems; 2) Providing technical sound advice and guidance to managers, supervisors and peers on specific technical aspects of systems or concept development; 3) Performing software engineering life-cycle tasks from requirements analysis, design, and coding, to unit and system integration testing and problem investigation; and 4) Developing software using a Higher Order Language to include C, C++, or C#.
