Recreation Aid (Lifeguard) NF-01

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Possesses and maintains the following certifications: 1. Lifeguarding and First Aid (American Red Cross or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Star Guard, YMCA, or ELLIS). 2. American Red Cross “Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation for the Professional” CPR for the Professional Rescuer/AED or equivalent (American Heart Association CPR/AED). 3. First Aid These certificates must be reflected on your resume and can be uploaded at the time of application to be considered eligible for this position. This position is a Flexible (Flex) position and there are 0 guaranteed hours per week. Flex employees are not entitled to leave or benefits however, there is no upper limit to the number of hours a flexible employee may work (subject to overtime obligation and work scheduling requirements).
