Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing planning recommendations for facility planning, regional planning, special project planning, site planning, and economic analysis.; 2) Reviewing engineering/architectural drawings or specifications for construction, demolition, energy, maintenance, facilities development projects to ensure requirements are met; 3) Utilizing Urban Planning principles/Land Use Compatibility/Land Use Constraints Analysis/Safety Criteria Applications/Sustainable Development Principles to ensure projects are in compliance.; 4) Using planning systems and automated databases to capture spatial and geographic data to support facility planning.
