Two years of work experience, either paid or volunteer, that demonstrates an understanding of at least one of the following areas: facility operations and maintenance; financial management; supervision of housekeeping and other maintenance staff; recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers; guest relations; and marketing. A two-year hospitality related associated degree or certification as CLM (Certified Lodging Manager) may be substituted for the two years of work experience.
