Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Leading projects and/or Teams; 2) Diagnosing and repairing various RF (Radio Frequency) equipment; 3) Communicating effectively to all levels of management/leadership; 4) Resolving issues, effecting disciplinary action, recruiting/hiring and rewarding personnel.
