Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: No prior training or work experience is required. Must be able to use, control and clean common hand tools, and simple power equipment. Must be physically able to lift and carry 40 pounds. Must be able to actively bend, stoop, stand, reach and work in awkward positions.
About the position: This position will be assigned to the Bowling Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA. Work Schedule: Intermittent (Flexible) employees have no guaranteed hours but may work up to 40 hours per week. Physical Effort: Ability to lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds. Eligible to use base facilities such as the Base Exchange (BX), Gym, Outdoor Rec, Library, Marina, Golf Course, Bowling Center, and the Arts & Crafts Center. Tuition Assistance after one year!
