Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Interpreting policy, guidance, and processes to execute projects based on risk, constraints, and requirements; 2) Working with numerous, often-conflicting parties using negotiation and facilitation tactics as well as analytical and conflict resolution skills to resolve controversial problems, conditions, or issues; and 3) Leading project delivery teams in managing scope, cost, schedule, risk, procurement strategies, and all other aspects of execution. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
About the Position: Serves as a Full Deputy to the Chief of Operations and Operations Manager (OM) of all Federal Harbors on Lake Erie in Ohio.
