Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Laborer without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform the duties of a Laborer. Experience performing manual laboring tasks associated with grounds and facilities maintenance after being instructed on what is to be done and how to do the task, able to operate equipment such as power mowers, power trimmers, power edgers, powered weed-eaters and/or related hand tools to perform grounds maintenance work, and able to lift and/or move loads such as moving heavy loads of dirt, cement or asphalt pushing a wheelbarrow. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision Screen Out Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading) Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Dexterity and Safety Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic)
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Competitive Service Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Ice Harbor Project is a multi-purpose hydropower project. Pasco, WA. This position is permanent, full-time seasonal and is expected to work between 6 to 8 months out of the year (April through October).
