In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. For the CP-13 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-12/GS-14 level that is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is defined as experience which includes: 1) applying changing laws, regulations, and policies to the entire range of the accounting systems operation and production efforts; 2) overseeing and conducting ongoing assessments of the financial accounting system operations to ensure internal controls; and 3) modifying existing interfaces to meet business needs.
