You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Applying food service management methods and/or techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of food service programs. (2) Analyzing policies and/or procedures related to food service operations to ensure efficacy; (3) Executing contract administration functions related to food service; AND (4) Conducting long-range forecasting, budget requirements planning, or individual dining facility account monitoring to ensure programmatic requirements are met. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Budget Execution Contract Performance Management Project Management Quality Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
