For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting personnel security program policies and regulations to determine the most effective methods to communicate requirements and ensure consistent implementation within the installation; 2) Conducting security termination debriefs with separating personnel to provide direction on safeguarding sensitive information; 3) Verifies security clearances of newly gained employees ensuring adequate clearance prior to beginning work. NOTE: Experience must be fully supported in your resume to be considered for this position. For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advocating to budget planners the needs of multiple departments enabling them to fulfill mission requirements; 2) Advising on all administrative aspects related to travel during (and upon return from) deployments; 3) Tracking and receiving supplies and reconciles purchases with budgets.
