Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing oversight of technical waterfront operations and wartime execution planning, to include the development of solutions for expeditionary maintenance and repair capabilities, for a Wartime Readiness program. You will serve as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) in the WARTIME READINESS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Pearl Harbor, HI. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 21.17% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time.
