Minimum Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and in a group Self-starter attitude with initiative Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities Resource and risk management experience Ability to plan and oversee implementation of short and long term tasks Excellent time management and organizational skills Technical domain understanding Experience as a technical project manager Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation Desired Qualifications Project management related certifications
