Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations; 2) Implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets; 3) Implementing internal controls and provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities; 4) Developing, recommending and implementing budgetary/financial policies; 5) Utilizing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or SAP (System Application and Products) Program to produce auditable financial reports; 6) Conducting internal and external financial/budget audits; 7) Assigning work to subordinates based on employee’s capabilities, priorities and difficulty.
