Program Analyst

To qualify for a Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Applying analytical and performance measurement techniques such as data analysis and presentation, and project management context to include project life cycle, stakeholder perspectives, external influences, and key general management skills. Developing and implementing policies, procedures, performance objectives, and goals to develop and manage major organization-level initiatives and programs. Integrating unique business functions into one common, collective, and supporting business structure designed to ensure customer satisfaction at an economical cost.
