Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1. Develop policies, management plans, procedures, and guidance for implementation in civil works and regional engineering programs; 2. Justify budgetary process and appropriations for civil works and other water resource projects; 3. Provide technical leadership, staff coordination, and consultation of projects/programs to review, assess, evaluate and analyze organization’s performance and operations; and 4. Perform supervisory duties for the personnel management of a multi-interdisciplinary staff. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14) You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications Manages Human Resources Organizational Awareness Project Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
About the Position: Positions serve as the Lead Program Manager for the various Civil Works Regional Integration Teams. Responsible for developing policy guidance, and overseeing Major Subordinate Command program development, defense and execution for the Civil Works program activities.
