To qualify for this position at the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level obtained in the public sector. (Specialized experience is paid or unpaid experience which has equipped you with the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.) Examples of specialized experience include such duties as: 1. Providing administrative guidance necessary for accomplishing the work of the division. This includes directing and assigning the work of subordinate employees and providing direction and guidance to Division employees and others on a variety of topics. 2. Ability to manage at least three administrative functions including budget and financial management, acquisition management, E&IT management, property management, travel, human resources, transcription, and SharePoint. 3. Experience requesting and managing the budget/allocation for a law enforcement organization. 4. Experience providing numerous reports and position papers which contain technical and operational analysis, identification of courses of action, specific technical and programmatic recommendations. To qualify for this position at the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level obtained in the public sector. (Specialized experience is paid or unpaid experience which has equipped you with the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.) Examples of specialized experience include such duties as: 1. Exercises full supervisory responsibility over two GS-301 positions with full performance level of GS-13 and one or more students. Exercises substantial technical and administrative supervision and guidance over employees necessary for accomplishing the work of the division. This includes directing, assigning, and reviewing the work of the subordinate employees in the field, and providing binding directing to Division managers and employees and others in all administrative areas. 2. Providing administrative guidance necessary for accomplishing the work of the division. This includes directing and assigning the work of subordinate employees and providing direction and guidance to Division employees and others on a variety of topics. 3. Ability to manage multiple administrative functions including budget and financial management, acquisition management, E&IT management, property management, travel, human resources, transcription, and SharePoint. 4. Experience requesting and managing the budget/allocation for a law enforcement organization. 5.
