Master’s or graduate degree, including JD or Project Management Prof (PMP) or Program Management Prof (PgMT) certificate. Minimum of seven years of experience managing or advising on agency administrative services or essential functions. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising management on administrative policies and procedures Developing solutions to administrative operation issues Monitoring projects and tasks to ensure timely completion Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures in accordance with organization’s mission and objectives OR Minimum of ten years of Administrative or Project Management experience. The Postal Regulatory Commission is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Officer to join its Office of the Secretary and Administration (OSA). This is a multi-disciplinary role responsible for directing and performing a variety of functions related to the Commissions administrative programs. The position is responsible for advising the Secretary and CAO and ensuring compliance with requirements of law, executive orders, regulations, and other guidance related to administrative services.
