FV-G: To qualify for this position at the FV-G (FG/GS 10-11) level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5-9. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is experience: Providing a variety of administrative and management services, such as fund certification and allocation, travel management, facilities management, records management, and property inventory; conducting studies of processes, operations, and/or management services to evaluate program effectiveness, and recommending improvements to processes; using computer software applications to prepare spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations, graphs, etc; supporting management in tracking and managing various administrative and operations programs and projects and responding to high visibility issues. FV-H: To qualify for this position at the FV-H (FG/GS 12) level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is experience: Interpreting policies and procedures in the areas of fund certification and allocation, travel management, and procurement; applying analytical techniques and evaluative methods pertaining to administrative functions; monitoring, tracking and identifying discrepancies, and recommending solutions involving organization administrative functions such as budget, travel and procurement. This position may be filled at the FV-G or FV-H level. If filled at the FV-G level, this announcement does not constitute a commitment or an obligation on the part of the management to promote the employee selected at some future date. Promotion will depend upon the selectee meeting all training, qualification requirements, and recommendations by the supervisor.
This position serves as an Administrative Officer for an Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Air Traffic Services (ATS) Seattle District.
