Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, managing, and performing sampling of potential health hazardous exposures to chemical, physical and biological stressors; Researching background documents and entering data into Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System or similar online database; Calibrating industrial hygiene instrumentation, performing minor repairs, and annual inventory for sound analysis equipment, air sampling pumps and direct reading analytical equipment; Interpreting test results to detect violations of published health hazards, discusses preliminary findings and answering questions; Providing on the job training to junior technicians, and personnel in proper work procedures and industrial hygiene practices.
