Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manage, administer and delegate all aspects of parking pass assignments to all installation, tenant command, and operational units; 2) Provide liaison between tenant commands and Naval Base Kitsap for business management related activities and issues; 3) Manage the Transportation Incentive Program (TIP) as the designated representative; 4) Coordinates to establish adequate carpool, vanpool, and transit programs to effectively meet trip reduction/commuter goals/mandates as defined by DOD; and 5) Manages and maintains a database for assigned parking spaces and waiting lists for all lots and all classes of use.
