Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) or in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing data analysis utilizing HR laws, policies, and procedures to advise management or customers on HR data management, reporting, metrics, tools, and associated efforts relating to automated HR systems, such as Human Resources Information Tool Database (HRIT), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); and experience leading and/or organizing work. You will serve as the supervisor of the Human Resources (HR) Planning, Policy & Analysis Branch, Code 1011, of the HR Division, as the lead Information Tool Database (HRIT) administrator, and a senior analyst to the Human Resources Director of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWC Philadelphia Division). This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
