Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) applying generally accepted financial management principles, practices, and functions and analytical techniques that apply to organizational development concepts, principles; 2) Examining and appraising of financial records, financial management reports, management and financial controls, policies and practices affecting or reflecting the financial condition and operating results of an activity or organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above).
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Financial Management Experts to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
