Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing expertise in managing budget and cost estimates to support plans, programs and activities (e.g. evaluating budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures); developing, determining and interpreting budgetary policies and practices; and leading employees in the accomplishment of these duties. You will serve as a LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Capabilities Development Directorate COPS Division of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
